My Journey

From Struggle to Wholeness

Throughout my life, I faced depression, low self-esteem, feelings of unworthiness... In my family, I witnessed alcohol addiction and illnesses, experiences that shaped me deeply. I wandered why? Why that? Why me? Why can't I be happy? And I always felt something was missing, like there was a truth I couldn't quite see or understand.

The journey to find myself, to truly accept myself and believe that transformation is possible, was long and winding.

There were moments when I sank into hopelessness, unable to see the reason for my existence or why I mattered. I felt empty and drained, unsure if I wanted to keep going. My wonderful children, were the beacon to keep me going and became my greatest teachers. Then I found a meaning for my existence and a mission to help others.

The Turning Point

I did talk therapy, guided meditations, somatic practices, everything I read and heard of. They all were helpful. I became very good at noticing my body. I could sense when my nervous system shifted into fight-or-flight. I could name the tightness in my chest as "activation". I knew the difference between sympathetic arousal and dorsal vagal shutdown. But the patterns didn't changed. I was still picking the same jobs, still people-pleasing, still waking with that low frequency dread that no amount of shaking or breathing could calm down.

I have gone from understanding my trauma intellectually to understanding it somatically. It was helpful but not complete.

Going through my own struggles, I discovered the power of transformational therapy and holistic practices.  Combining different modalities is how Holistic Integrative Therapy came to me as my way of practice. It's not about fixing or being fixed. It's about understanding, compassion, and reconnecting with wholeness.

I learned that trauma is not what happens to us, but what happens inside us as a result of what happened.

I learned that our bodies hold our stories, and that true transformation requires listening and noticing. Going more deeply, we live by patterns, coping strategies, which are not random, but adaptations. Our nervous system learns them when we are young, and it runs the same programme over our life. The good news is that once we understand the programme, we can rewrite it.

Now, I have the most marvelous gift in the world: I get to pass on this knowledge. I get to hold space for people just like you, beautiful souls who are searching, struggling, and ready to remember who they truly are.

My Philosophy

What I Believe About Transformation & Wholeness

At the heart of my work lies a fundamental belief: You are not broken and do not need fixing. We are all whole, light and love, but our experiences can make us feel like we’re falling apart. Transformation is not about becoming someone new, it’s about remembering who you’ve always been.

A Space for Transformation

As a therapist, I use holistic hypnotherapy to help you explore the roots of your emotional pain. My approach focuses on the mind-body connection and the impact of trauma.

Talk therapy helps in narrating experiences, understand and manage challenging emotions, behaviours, and thoughts.

Somatic practices are excellent at nervous system regulation. They help notice activation, discharge survival energy, and develop body awareness.

But most of what drives our behaviour got wired in the brain before we could talk, before we could have any body sensation. The neural pathways just run because they were laid before the body even had the vocabulary to describe what was happening.

HIT helps identify the encoded patterns to which the behaviour and body respond.

The Therapeutic Relationship

The heart of this work lies in the therapeutic relationship itself. I approach you with deep compassion, creating an environment where you feel safe to explore even the most vulnerable parts of yourself.

I have found that my clients thrive when they feel heard, understood, and that we are equals in the process. My role is to guide, never to direct or impose any interpretations.

Honoring Your Adaptations

One of the most rewarding aspects of this work is helping you recognise the ways you’ve adapted to past trauma or pain. Often, these adaptations, such as emotional avoidance, negative self-beliefs, or people-pleasing, were necessary for survival at some point.

We explore these patterns without judgment, helping you understand why they developed and how they might no longer serve you. Understanding and accepting why these patterns developed is a crucial step toward transformation. By honoring these adaptations, you are able to release them more naturally, often without the need for force or pressure.

My Mission

My mission is simple: To help you step into the happy, fulfilled, and confident version of yourself, where you look at the world each day with eagerness and delight. We have found a way to survive, now is time to remember how to be happy again.

I believe:

  • You are whole, even when you feel broken.
  • Transformation is not linear, and that’s okay.
  • Your body holds wisdom worth listening to.
  • Compassion, for yourself and from others, is transformative.
  • True change comes from understanding.

It would be my honor and privilege to walk beside you on this journey, to offer you the space and dedicate my time for you to find in the silence what is inside of you, from which you rise and shine.
