Meet Christina
Clinical Hypnotherapist & Holistic Healing Practitioner
My Journey
Throughout my life, I faced depression, low self-esteem, feelings of unworthiness, and struggles with fertility. In my family, I witnessed alcohol addiction and illness—experiences that shaped me deeply. I always felt something was missing, like there was a truth I couldn't quite see or understand.
The journey to find myself—to truly accept myself and believe that healing is possible—was long and winding.
There were moments when I sank into hopelessness, unable to see the reason for my existence or why I mattered. I felt empty and drained, unsure if I wanted to keep going. Then came my partner and my wonderful daughter, who became my greatest teachers. They helped me discover my reason for being and my purpose.
Going through my own struggles, I discovered the power of transformational therapy and holistic healing. I found Compassionate Inquiry—an approach that finally made sense to me. It wasn't about fixing or being fixed. It was about understanding, compassion, and reconnecting with wholeness.
I learned that trauma is not what happens to us, but what happens inside us as a result.
I learned that our bodies hold our stories, and that true healing requires listening to both mind and body. Now, I have the most marvelous gift in the world: I get to pass on this knowledge. I get to hold space for people just like you—beautiful souls who are searching, struggling, and ready to remember who they truly are.
My Philosophy
What I Believe About Healing & Wholeness
At the heart of my work lies a fundamental belief: You are not broken and do not need fixing. We are all whole, but our experiences can make us feel like we’re falling apart. Healing is not about becoming someone new—it’s about remembering who you’ve always been.
I am deeply drawn to the profound wisdom that Compassionate Inquiry brings to the therapeutic process. This approach understands that healing happens not through force or direction, but through deep, compassionate exploration of a person’s inner world.
A Space for Transformation
As a therapist, I use holistic hypnotherapy to help you explore the roots of your emotional pain. My approach focuses on the mind-body connection and the impact of trauma.
You are not broken and do not need fixing. We are all whole, but our experiences can make us feel we are falling apart. My therapy allows you to release trauma and move toward self-compassion and understanding.
As Gabor Maté says, “Trauma is not what happens to you, it is what happens inside you as a result of what happens to you.”
Trauma Lives in the Body
One of the first things I pay attention to is how your past trauma may be showing up in your body. Trauma, especially from early life, often gets stored in the body, manifesting as emotional and psychological patterns that persist into adulthood.
Instead of just focusing on changing thoughts or behaviors, I work with you to uncover the ways your body holds onto these experiences. When you connect with your physical sensations—areas of tension, numbness, or heaviness—it opens a door to understanding how your trauma is not just a mental experience but also deeply somatic.
The Therapeutic Relationship
The heart of this work lies in the therapeutic relationship itself. I approach you with deep compassion, creating an environment where you feel safe to explore even the most vulnerable parts of yourself.
I have found that my clients thrive when they feel heard, understood, and that we are equals in the process. My role is to guide, but never to direct or impose any interpretations.
Honoring Your Adaptations
One of the most rewarding aspects of this work is helping you recognize the ways you’ve adapted to past trauma or pain. Often, these adaptations—such as emotional avoidance, negative self-beliefs, or people-pleasing—were necessary for survival at some point.
We explore these patterns without judgment, helping you understand why they developed and how they might no longer serve you. Understanding and accepting why these patterns developed is a crucial step toward transformation. By honoring these adaptations, you are able to release them more naturally, often without the need for force or pressure.
My Mission
My mission is simple: To help you step into the happy, fulfilled, and confident version of yourself, where you look at the world each day with eagerness and delight.
I believe:
- You are whole, even when you feel broken
- Healing is not linear, and that’s okay
- Your body holds wisdom worth listening to
- Compassion—for yourself and from others—is transformative
- True change comes from understanding, not forcing
It would be my honor and privilege to walk beside you on this journey, to offer you the space and dedicate my time for you to find in the silence what is inside of you, from which you rise and shine.
