As a therapist, I have come to develop my own transformational approach – Holistic Integrative Therapy (HIT), to help people explore the origin of their emotional and physical pain by focusing on the mind-body connection, working with the subconscious, and discover the impact of trauma. HIT emphasises on client-led exploration, deep compassion, and the creation of a safe, non-judgmental space for self-discovery. By integrating physical sensations and emotional insights on subconscious level, it facilitates transformation of the whole person.

I am deeply drawn to the profound depth of what holistic integrative approach brings to the therapeutic process. This approach focuses on understanding the origin of psychological distress through empathy, curiosity, and non-judgment. The approach encourages a deep, compassionate exploration of a clients’ inner world, where the therapist acts not as a fixer but as a guide who witnesses and facilitates the client’s self-discovery.

No one is broken and needs fixing. We are all whole, but our experience could feel as we are falling apart.

Not broken, not failing, not lacking something that other people have, but fragmented. With attention dispersed across competing priorities. Internal states contradicting each other. What you believe is pulling against what you feel. What you feel is pulling against what you do. What you do is pulling against what you actually want. The energy is there. The capacity is there. The raw material of something extraordinary is absolutely there, but it’s running in multiple directions simultaneously, and the parts are interfering with each other, rather than amplifying each other. The signal is noisy, the output inconsistent. And from the inside, this feels like effort. This is incoherence, not a moral failure, or character flaw. A physical condition of a system whose parts haven’t yet, found the place that allows them to synchronise.

When you entre coherence, you start to consolidate. Not because you force it, or become positive enough, but because you entre a frequency that organises the parts around. That starts to feel from the inside like becoming, integrated, coherent. It’s not gaining something. It’s remembering what’s been always there, beneath the noise.

Holistic Hypnotherapy: A Compassionate Path to Transformation

My approach combines clinical hypnotherapy with holistic practices to address the root causes of emotional, physical, and spiritual blocks, release them and move toward a coherent state with compassion and understanding.

My work is rooted in a holistic integrative approach that traces person’s behaviour back to the childhood dynamic that created them, and examine what they are doing in their life now.

Most likely, you are intelligent, self-aware, already done genuine therapeutic work, where talk therapy gave you the narrative, and somatic practices gave you body awareness, but neither identified the specific connections between your early experiences and your current automatic behaviours.

Other modalities help feel the fire alarm. HIT finds the actual fire and deal with it.

Trauma is not only the events with capital T. Trauma is the impact on you of something as simple, as a comment or a look from someone significant to you.

My therapy creates a safe, non-judgmental space where you can:

  • Connect with how trauma shows up in your body
  • Discover patterns that once protected you but no longer serve you
  • Release stored trauma and move toward coherence with self-compassion
  • Reconnect with your whole, authentic self.

Rather than providing solutions or directions first, I invite you to explore your inner experiences at your own pace. My role is to guide, not direct, asking reflective questions and creating space for your truths to emerge.

Deep Compassion

The heart of this work lies in the therapeutic relationship itself. You’ll feel heard, understood, and met as an equal in the process. This is a space where you can examine even the most vulnerable parts of yourself.

  • Step 1: Free Consultation (30 Minutes)

    We connect and discuss what's bringing you here. I'll explain how I work and we'll explore whether this approach feels right for you. I only take on clients I'm confident I can support.

  • Step 2: Your Session (1.5-2 Hours)

    In a safe, compassionate space, we explore your inner world together. You'll be guided to connect with physical sensations, emotions, and memories at your own pace. We work with your body's wisdom to uncover and release what's been held.

  • Step 3: Integration & Support

    After the session you may receive a custom recording to reinforce your transformation. Ongoing support is available as you integrate your insights and continue your journey.

  • Step 4: Continued Transformation

    Some clients find profound shifts in a single session. Others benefit from a series of sessions. We'll honor what your transformational journey needs.

I also specialise in fertility and conception support, offering emotional, mental, and energetic guidance for those on their journey toward parenthood. Physical & Somatic

I provide mind-body hypnotherapy for physical and somatic challenges such as chronic pain, psychosomatic symptoms, sleep disorders, and insomnia. Many clients also experience body-held tension and stress that impacts their wellbeing. My sessions help reconnect the mind and body, calm the nervous system, and support a more balanced, relaxed physical state.

Trauma & Healing

Through trauma-informed hypnotherapy, I support individuals with unresolved trauma, whether childhood trauma, relationship trauma, or complex trauma that affects daily life. I also work with PTSD, emotional overwhelm, and the deeper pain the body holds after difficult experiences. My approach helps you gently release old survival patterns, rebuild inner stability, and move toward emotional freedom.

Emotional & Mental Wellbeing

I offer holistic hypnotherapy support for emotional and mental wellbeing, helping clients manage anxiety, stress, panic attacks, depression, and ongoing sadness. My sessions also focus on rebuilding self-esteem, confidence, and inner safety. Many people come to me carrying childhood wounds or feelings of guilt, shame, or unworthiness, and together we work to release these patterns and create a healthier emotional foundation.
